Frank is top class. I brought in a couple pieces that were my grandmothers. Frank examined them and gave me a full rundown on what they were, where they came from, and how much they were worth. I left him with a necklace to clean up. A couple days later I come back to find the antique necklace I dropped off looking brand new. 5 star shop!

I have an Ebel Wave watch that I purchased some years ago. I turned it over to a jeweler that was not practiced in servicing higher-end analog watches. Unfortunately, they broke the watch. I wasn't able to wear the watch for about five years. I came across the Frank Michael Jewelers in downtown Chicago. I took my watch there, worked with Frank, who is very customer service oriented, and within a few weeks (had to order parts), I was very happy to receive my watch back in working condition for a reasonable service price. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Frank is amazing... he adjusted my Rolex in like 2 minutes flat, then he sat with me showing multiple options for a necklace for my girlfriend.
